Festival Overview
The Orlando Waitlist Theater Festival offers a platform for unselected artists from the Orlando Fringe, as well as local artists, to showcase fresh, new performances that have never been seen before. There is no fee to apply, and no fee for the venue; you keep the ticket sales. The only cost is your time and imagination to be a part of the Festival
Eligibility Criteria
Central Florida artists who are performing a fresh, new, and exciting act. Whether it is a play, a one-man show, music acts or groups, a magic show, and even stage readings.
Application Process
Applications are open December 9, 2025, for eligible artists to submit their work.

In this initial step, artists submit their applications for consideration in the Orlando Waitlist Theater Festival.

During this phase, submitted applications are carefully reviewed by a panel of experts to ensure that only the most deserving artists are selected for the festival.

This step involves notifying artists about their application status.
